Jesus loves you
Welcome, and thank you for visiting Trinity United Methodist Church online. We hope that our website highlights the wide variety of worship, fellowship and service opportunities available. Please feel free to read more about our church on this site, or come in for a visit. We would love to greet you and share with you our love for God and for you, our neighbor.
Our Mission Statement
To share God's message of love and hope.
Our Vision Statement
Through worship, ministry and mission we will strive to remove barriers of safety, bias and accessability, so that all may come to better know, love and serve God.
Chris Lehew will begin preaching at Trinity on July 5th. Chris is working on his divinity degree at St. Paul Theological Seminary in Kansas City. He has worked as a youth pastor at several Methodist churches in the Kansas City area and taught band, orchestra and choir before that.
Chris's wife Becca will be the new librarian at Great Bend high school this fall. She is the daughter of a teacher and loves to work with kids.
We look forward to learning about God together with them!

Open for worship - June 14th!
After several months of quarantine and pre-recorded church services, Trinity UMC is excited to announce that we will be open for worship beginning Sunday June 14th. We want to offer a safe worship experience for anyone who wants to join us. However, if you aren't ready to or can't join us yet, the service will be available on Facebook live.
We are not returning to 'normal', but will open in stages and adjust as needed. This week we will be practicing social distancing, limiting access within our church, and highly encouraging the use of hand sanitizer and masks. Singing will be limited to special music by our music team, but all can sing in spirit! Shaking hands and hugging is discouraged, but we can greet each other with warm smiles and loving words!
We respectfully ask you to stay home if you have recently tested positive, been around someone who tested positive, or are not feeling well.
We hope our members will join us and would love to greet new friends. If you are looking for a church home, we'd love to become your family!

Lincoln School needed quick breakfast items for those who don't get breakfast at home and/or miss the morning breakfast. Granola bars, crackers filled with cheese or peanut butter, etc. are great ideas. Items with higher levels of protein and/or fiber will help them feel full longer.
