New Worship Format

We've been stuck in a worship format rut, but are breaking out - slowly!

We're changing our worship format to be a mix of contemporary and traditional music and switching the order of some things.

We will begin our service with a praise song selected and led by our youth and accompanied by our small praise band.

We've asked our congregation to submit their favorite hymns and an optional sentence or two about why they like it.  Our second hymn will be selected randomly from this list by the worship committee.

The final hymn of the service will be a hymn that is meaningful to the day's sermon or service.

The changes have been met with great enthusiasm and we welcome everyone to come join us!  We'd love to have some more people join our praise band.  You don't have to be super talented (trust me on this!), just willing to make music for the Lord!

Lincoln School

Lincoln School needed quick breakfast items for those who don't get breakfast at home and/or miss the morning breakfast.  Granola bars, crackers filled with cheese or peanut butter, etc. are great ideas.  Items with higher levels of protein and/or fiber will help them feel full longer.
